Artist Nancy Charnell & her Daughter Cheryl have developed an almost perfect firing technique for ceramic earthenware that can turn your home decor from ordinary into the extraordinary. All of this hand-crafted art has an inspiring beauty that draws from a variety of influences, including Old World, historical references, and natural elements. 

This Family belongs to the Tslagiyi Nvdagiyi Texas Cherokee tribe and live in the Pacific Northwestern region of the U.S.A. They draw from the talents of their ancestors and have developed talents in many techniques of visual arts.

Nancy attended college in Lacey Washington where she studied ceramic arts at St. Martins College.  She then traveled through out Japan, Thailand, and Korea visiting massive kilns and many talented artist from throughout that region.

Cheryl earned her Business degree from Grays Harbor College, Clover Park Technical College and Centralia College.  Both ladies are very talented and have won many awards in the field of visual arts.

Our  business was founded in 1980 when we decided to "go online" with some of our pieces. Response was immediately overwhelming. Starting from our own garage with one small kiln, we now have 2 garages side by side and 3 large kilns firing every single day.
